Can just recommend for a transient visit

Comfortable room, convenient location, featuring a relaxing atmosphere and easy access to Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

I enjoyed a relaxing stay, especially the helpful staff during check-in and the delightful breakfast service. The room was clean and comfortable, although the bathroom could use an update.

Couple’s comfortable stay

The manager was very kind to us during our stay when we really needed it most. My sister went downstairs for breakfast and the staff sent her back with a full spread of food when we didn't even ask for it.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

the room I stayed in was super clean and had a microwave and fridge which was nice. the shower had good pressure, and the bed was comfy. breakfast had plenty of delicious options like hot waffles and fresh fruit. the fitness center was well-equipped, and there’s a cool outdoor pool too!

The Comfort Inn & Suites Kannapolis, Concord was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and very clean, making it feel cozy and inviting. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast options that were available, which included a variety of choices that catered to everyone’s taste.

The only downside was a minor issue with the shower curtain not staying in place.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Kannapolis, Concord. The clean, spacious lobby and well-decorated common areas made it a welcoming place. The staff were exceptionally kind, assisting me with any needs during my visit.

It was just a strong match for a weekend rest in Kannapolis with value for money. The beds were quite comfortable. Look for a room with a better shower if cleanliness is a priority.

Y’all, if you’re into salads, the ones at the nearby K and W Cafeteria are a must-try! The flavors are bomb! Plus, the front desk crew was super friendly, which made check-in a breeze.

On the flip side, the bathroom door wouldn’t close right and there were a few bugs chilling. Also, the remote for the TV was on strike, but the night staff jumped in to help.

We stayed here for a night after a game, and honestly, it was just okay. The room felt worn out, like it needed some TLC. The shower was solid, though—great water temp and pressure! Breakfast was crowded, so it took forever to get food. Oh, and we saw some cockroaches. Definitely wouldn’t call it a bargain!

The breakfast selection excels beyond basic expectations with decent variety and flavor. The proximity to IHOP provides an alternative, should you want a change from the usual hotel fare.

The layout feels cramped, especially with just one elevator in use, which can lead to delays during busy times. The furniture presents an outdated vibe, with creaky beds and battered fixtures that could use a refresh. There were reports of cleanliness issues and pest concerns that seem to linger, casting a shadow on the overall experience.
